The hotel and grounds are beautifully decorated, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and want. Francesco the manager was always available and we enjoyed our little chats with him and all the staff. We knew the location was a little further out but was perfect for my father as he is from this particular area. The staff are always on hand to arrange transportation so you can visit all the attractions. The food is very gastronomic and the staff are also happy to recommend local restaurants. For a great local and authentic Pizza, we would recommend Pizzeria Domenic Mascolo, the pizzas are big, especially the Metro and it was a wonderful experience to dine with all the locals ~ Giuseppe went out of his way to look after us and the owner was so helpful as we had problems with our phone so at the end of the evening he rang La Medusa to pick us up. A special thanks to all at La Medusa for having us ~ especially Francesco the manager, Genaro the Maitre d, Silvano the driver, Ermemia, Domenico and Achille on reception who were very patient and understanding with my sister Elena and of course Pasquale and Luciano. Hope to see you all again soon.

The breakfast is served on the roof, simply magical and also delicious and fresh. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, it is a chef's dinner, expensive prices but very special and delicious. The pool is quite big and clean. The garden area of ​​the hotel is huge, amazingly beautiful and well-kept. There is a snack bar that serves lunch - a varied menu. iThere is free parking at the hotel. The access roads to the hotel are comfortable and friendly even for traveling at night. Half an hour from Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento.

The gardens are impressive and the bar / seating areas are perfect for evening drinks. We enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop which had amazing views of the sea and mountains. We had couple of dinners at the hotel restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service provided. We also recommend trying the spa facilities and massage. The gala dinner and live music were a nice gesture. Although we only missed the dinner itself as we returned late from a day trip, we enjoyed the dessert and live music.

Room was more like a small apartment, very spacious and well decorated. Very clean. Beautiful views. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, warm, fun, and attentive. They really helped make our stay special. Whilst the hotel itself is a little remote, it's within 20 minutes walk of the train station and only 20 minutes journey to Sorrento. So we took full advantage of the great local public transport and walked 18,000+ steps every day. Fabulous.

Hotel and grounds are immaculate and the housekeeping staff are great; really friendly and did a great job. Food was brilliant and the breakfast was out of this world; Gennaro and his team could not be more helpful or engaging. Bar staff were exceptional. Will return
